Phosphatidylserine (PS) is a phospholipid component.
It is found in all cell membranes in all life forms. It is one of nature's buidling blocks and found in high levels in the brain.
PS has been found to improve memory and cognitive function, boost mood, reduce stress, improve attention and reduce aggression.
PS is found primarily in organ meat (liver, kidney and brains). Because organ meats store toxins, supplementing with PS may be an effective option.
