Can I change my meal plan at any time? What if I have to go on a special diet?
With Meal Genius™, you are in complete control of your diet. You can change individual menus to suit your mood and change your preferences to suit new dietary needs like food allergies or doctor-recommended eating styles. Best of all, there’s no limit to the number of times you can change your plan.

Can I eliminate individual foods from my plan?
Of course! With the click of a button, you can eliminate any individual food you’d like.

What if I don’t need all of the menus in my plan?
Going out to dinner on Friday? Having lunch with colleagues on Tuesday? With a simple click, you can eliminate the meals you don’t need, and your shopping list is automatically updated. What’s more, you can easily add the foods you’ve eaten track your nutrition. 

Do you have a meal plan that is just for dinner meals?
Yes! Simply choose “dinner only” in the Personalize My Plan page.

On some nights, we have guests for dinner. Can I easily change the number of servings in my plan for a specific meal?
Absolutely! You can modify the servings for any meal on any day with the click of a button.

I don’t want to cook every night of the week. How can Meal Genius™ help me save time in the kitchen?
With Meal Genius, you can customize your meals to repeat through the week, simplifying your shopping list and the time you spend in the kitchen. But that’s not all! We’ve developed a very unique tool called Meals Cubed™ which allows you to transform dinner tonight into two more unique meals. For example, your Roasted Chicken dinner on Monday night will provide leftover chicken that you can use in Chicken Tacos on Tuesday… and Chef’s Salad with Chicken on Thursday. Cook once, eat thrice!

I don't want to buy a lot of different ingredients at the store or make complex recipes requiring many ingredients.   
We understand! There are several ways you can simplify your shopping list and streamline your meals. The first way is to repeat your meals thoughout the week, using the Repeat Option featured in our Personalize My Plan. You can choose how many times you'd like to repeat a meal for each meal slot (breakfast, lunch, dinner). We've also developed an algorithym for meals requiring 7 ingredients or less (minus key staples like sea salt, olive oil, etc). It's called Simple Seven™, and is a great way to save time in meal preparation and reduce the number of items you need to purchase at the store.  

Can I have dessert on my meal plan?
Absolutely! We have hundreds of delicious desserts to suit wide variety of health needs – from Paleo to Ketogenic. Any day your meal plan falls short on calories, you’ll be offered a dessert option. You can also peruse our dessert menus and add them to your meal plan with our calendar tool.

I don’t have a printer. Is your meal plan mobile friendly?
Yes! In addition to the option to print your plan elements, you can also easily access your plan from your mobile device.
