Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
Place hazelnuts on a cookie sheet and roast for 10-14 minutes, just until fragrant and lightly golden.
Let hazelnuts cool. Place on a paper towel or kitchen towel and rub together to remove skins.
Add skinned nuts to a Vita-mix or food processor. Blend until they turn to a nut butter consistency.
Add other ingredients and blend again until smooth.
