Prepare marinade. Add all ingredients (except chicken) to a small sauce pot and whisk to combine. Simmer on medium-low for 5 minutes. Let cool.
Add chicken to two separate freezer size zip-lock bags and distribute the marinade equally. Seal the bags with no air inside. Allow the chicken to marinate for 1-2 hours, but up to 24 hours.
Once ready, preheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with tin-foil. Spread chicken wings evenly on baking sheet. Transfer to oven and bake for 45-50 minutes.
