Preheat Belgian waffle iron.
Add the room temp eggs and cream cheese to a deep bowl.Use a hand mixer to combine.
Add the melted butter and vanilla and blend again.
Add the Miracle Mix and blend on high speed for 2 minutes to create a thick batter.
Ladle batter onto waffle iron. (I used roughly ? cup batter per waffle.
Cook for 2 minutes, remove to a wire rack.)
Repeat with remaining batter.
