Prepare pizza dough as instructed.
While pizza bakes, prepare the toppings. Shred or cube the pre-cooked chicken. Toss with the BBQ sauce.
Remove dough from oven and spread BBQ chicken sauce around evenly. Sprinkle cilantro evenly. Sprinkle cheese on top to cover. Top with sliced red onions.
Return to oven and bake for 2 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
Slice and serve.
