Prepare pizza dough as instructed.
While pizza bakes, prepare sauce and toppings.
Reserve 4 basil leaves for topping. Add remaining basil to a magic bullet with olive oil, lemon juice, pine nuts, garlic and salt. Blend on high until all a paste forms. Stream additional olive oil if necessary, 1 teaspoon at a time.
Julienne the reserved basil. Set aside.
Remove dough from oven and spread pesto evenly around. Top with sliced mozzarella and chicken. Return to the oven and broil for 2 minutes, or until cheese starts to bubble and edges crisp.
Top with fresh basil, slice and serve.
