Preheat Belgian waffle iron. Bring eggs and cream cheese to room temperature.
Add the eggs and cream cheese to a deep bowl.Use a hand mixer to combine.
Add the melted butter and vanilla and blend again.
Add the almond flour, coconut flour and baking powder and blend on high speed for 2 minutes to create a thick batter.
Ladle batter onto waffle iron.
Cook for 2 minutes, remove to a wire rack.
Repeat with remaining batter.
