In a small bowl, combine the sea salt, herbs and spices. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F. Place the chicken thighs in a large bowl. Add the mayo and mix to coat.
Add the seasoning and mix again to coat.
Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not crowd the air fryer basket – they will not crisp.
Cook for 15-20 minutes, turning after 10 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165 F.
