Place cauliflower florets in a large mixing bowl and set aside.
Melt butter and stir in hot sauce.
Pour the hot sauce mixture over the cauliflower and stir to coat.
In a small bowl whisk together almond flour, sea salt, garlic powder, and parsley.
Sprinkle the almond flour mixture over the cauliflower; toss to coat.
Transfer half of the prepared cauliflower to the air fryer. Do not crowd
Air fry at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes, shaking a couple times during the cooking process
The florets will be done when golden brown and slightly crispy.
Serve with celery sticks and bleu cheese dressing.
