Pour the water into the Instant Pot.
Place the chicken in the Instant Pot and top with sea salt, bay leaves and garlic.
Close and lock the lid. Set the pressure to HIGH and time for 12 minutes.
When the cooking time is up, perform a natural release or quick release.
