Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly coat a roasting pan with cooking spray.
Mix together lime juice, grated ginger, orange juice and oil.
Marinate cod fillets 15-20 minutes in ginger juice mixture.
Arrange the cod fillets skin-side down on the roasting pan.
Pour remaining marinate over top.
Roast 5 to 7 minutes or until the cod is just opaque and flakes when tested with a fork.
Turn the broiler on and broil 1-2 minutes to get a golden crust on the top.
