Preheat oven to 350 F. Coat a baking sheet with cooking spray.
Combine egg whites and all seasoning in a medium bowl. Whisk well.
Add walnuts.
Spread walnuts in a single layer on baking sheet.
Bake 15-18 minutes or until crisp.
