Mix soaked flax seeds (it will be a gelatinous mixture) with aminos and lemon juice.
Spread mixture in a very thin layer over teflex sheet and place in dehydrator.
Dehydrate at 105 degrees F for 5-6 hours.
Flip the mixture and remove the teflex sheet. Continue dehydrating until the mixture completely dry (approximately 5-6 hours).
Break into crackers and store in an airtight container.
