First, powder the erythritol. Using a coffee grinder or Magic Bullet (flat blade) process until the erythritol resembles powdered sugar.
Using a hand-held mixer, cream the shortening in a small bowl until fluffy.
Add powdered erythritol into butter and beat until smooth.
Slowly blend in the cocoa powder vanilla, and sea salt.
Beat in the coconut milk and egg yolk. Add stevia, a little at a time, tasting after each addition.
Keep chilled until ready to apply.
