Put the butter and eggs in a blender and blend until well combined.
Add the stevia, salt and baking soda, cream of tartar, and mix to combine.
Add coconut flour and blend until there are no lumps.
Pour the batter into a preheated, greased waffle iron and cook until waffles are golden brown. Enjoy warm.
