Preheat broiler to high heat.
Lay the salmon on a baking sheet.
Brush with oil and season with spices.
Broil on both sides, until browned and flakes with a fork, about 4-5 minutes per side.
To serve, flake the fish with a fork, and spoon it into the lettuce leaves.
Top with the vegetables and sprinkle with cilantro.
