Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Brush the salmon with a teaspoon of the oil and season with salt and pepper.
Lay on a baking sheet and roast for 8-10 minutes, until cooked through.
Toss the vegetables in a large bowl with the remaining oil, lemon juice, and sesame seeds.
