Combine the pork with the seasonings and form into two burgers.
Heat half of the oil in a safe, nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
Add the burgers and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through to an internal temperature of 160 F.
Toss the cabbage and apples with the remaining oil and the lemon juice.
Season with salt and serve the burgers over the cabbage.
