Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the garlic, cook for about a minute. Add the cabbage and cook until soft.
If using raw chicken, season with salt. Remove cabbage and add chicken. Saute for about 8 minutes, or until chicken slices are cooked through. If using pressure cooker chicken, add to cabbage and saute to warm.
Stir in the lemon juice, zest, and basil before serving.
