Heat an enameled or stainless steel skillet with a lid over medium heat. Add sauerkraut with some of the juice and sauté for 3 minutes, or until warm. Set aside and cover.
Prepare bratwurst links. Add coconut oil to a cast iron skillet and turn heat to medium-low. Place sausages in the pan and put the lid on. Allow sausages to cook thoroughly, turning every 3 minutes until warmed thoroughly and brown on all sides.
Serve sausages with sauerkraut.
