Preheat oven to 350 F.
While the oven preheats, steam the broccoli to crisp-tender and cut chicken breast into cubes.
Make the sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, mayonnaise, curry, paprika, salt, and parmesan.
Place the chicken and broccoli in a 9 x 13 baking dish. Pour the suce over and stir gently to combine.
Transfer to oven and bake 25-30 minutes or until chicken reaches internal temperature of 165 F.
Serve.
