Season chicken breasts with salt and place in Instant Pot. Top with half the salsa, and pour the water and lime juice around.
Close and lock and cook on "manual" for 10 minutes. (If using frozen chicken breasts, cook 20 minutes).
Use "quick release" method, and ensure chicken is cooked through.
Remove the chicken from the pot and shred with two forks.
Serve with grain-free wraps, cabbage, red onion, cilantro, avocado and remaining salsa.
