Preheat oven to 375 F. Pat steak dry. Season with salt and pepper.
In a cast iron pan over medium-high heat, add the oil. When shimmering, add the steak and cook 2 minutes; flip and cook 2 minutes more.
Transfer steak to the oven and cook to desired internal temperature. About 15 minutes for medium.
Dice the roasted red bell peppers.
Plate arugula and top with cooked sliced steak, sliced avocado and diced roasted red bell peppers.
Serve with dressing of choice.
