Add coconut oil to a medium skillet that has a lid over medium heat.
Add the pre-cooked shredded beef, cumin, smoked paprika and garlic powder. Stir to combine.
Spread beef in an even layer and make indentations for the eggs.
Crack eggs into the indentations. Cover and cook 4-6 minutes or until eggs are cooked to desired temperature.
Top with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
