First, prepare the Miracle Noodles according to the package instructions. Set aside.
Add the butter to a large skillet over medium heat. When melted, add the bacon and saute for 3 minutes to crisp.
Add the garlic and cook 1 minute to soften and let flavors meld.
Add the pre-cooked Miracle Noodles to the pan and toss for 2 minutes to coat the pasta in the sauce.
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, 1 Tbsp. water and Parmesan.
Remove pan from heat and let cool slightly to prevent eggs from scrambling. Slowly stir in egg-Parmesan mixture until sauce thickens.
Season with freshly ground pepper and serve.
