Add the chicken broth to a small bowl. Sprinkle gelatin over. Let stand 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, gently mix ground turkey, gelatin mixture, onion, garlic powder, minced garlic and salt. Form into four patties.
Cook the patties in a medium, safe nonstick skillet over medium heat, turning once, to an internal temperature of 180 degrees F (85 degrees C).
