Heat half of the oil in a large, safe nonstick skillet over medium high heat.
Cook the shrimp until golden and almost cooked through, about 1 minute on each side, and then transfer to a dish.
Heat the remaining oil in the skillet over moderately high heat. Sauté the ginger and garlic, stirring until golden.
Add the broccoli rabe, water and coconut aminos. Cook, stirring occasionally, just until the broccoli rabe is tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in the shrimp and cook until heated through.
Serve.
