Combine cranberries, boiling water, orange, orange zest and ginger. Let stand 10 minutes.
Combine vinegar, erythritol and spices in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Add fruit mixture. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes.
Remove from heat; cool to room temperature.
Serve.
