Cut chicken into 1 inch pieces.
Heat a safe, non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1/4 cup water to cover bottom of pan. When simmering, add chicken pieces and cook 4-5 minutes, until opaque in center.
Drain chicken.
Combine chicken and remaining ingredients in slow cooker.
Cover and cook on Low 8-10 hours or High 4-5 hours.
