Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Peel jicama and slice into ½" thick sticks.
In a medium bowl, combine the oil, garlic powder, salt, chili powder and paprika.Stir to combine.
Add the jicama sticks and toss to coat.
Spread the jicama sticks on to greased baking sheet in an even layer.
Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, tossing half way through baking time.
Serve.
