Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Melt coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat.
Combine all dry ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together.
In a large bowl combine eggs, coconut oil, coconut milk and honey. Whisk together.
Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix thoroughly to a uniform consistency.
Grease an 8×8 inch glass baking pan with coconut oil. Pour in batter.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until firm to the touch and when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool completely.
Serve plain or with cream cheese or vegan cream cheese topping of choice.
