Season both sides of salmon steak with salt and pepper.
Heat half of the oil in a small skillet over medium-high heat and cook salmon on each side for 2 minutes.
Remove from pan, set aside, keep warm.
Place spring mix, radish, cucumber, and tomato in a large bowl.
In another small bowl, whisk vinegar, remaining oil, sesame seeds, ginger, honey, and garlic powder together until well combined. Pour over salad mix and toss well to coat.
Slice salmon at an angle and place on top. Sprinkle with additional sesame seeds for garnish, if desired.
