Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Combine the pecans with the cayenne and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Brush the chicken breasts with 1 teaspoon of the oil and coat with the pecan mixture.
Lay on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until cooked through.
Before serving, heat the remaining oil in a skillet and add the garlic.
Cook for 1 minute, add the greens and cook until greens are wilted.
Season with salt and pepper and serve with the chicken.
