Preheat saute pan to medium.
Clean and quarter mushrooms.
Add shallots and garlic to saute pan with butter. Saute for 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms and coconut aminos, cook, stirring occasionally for 5-8 minutes to allow mushrooms to release juices and turn golden brown.
