Add frozen raspberries to a small saucepan on medium heat. Stir and allow to cook down completely.
Strain sauce through a cheese cloth or tight strainer to remove seeds. Return sauce to the pan.
Sift in erythritol and arrowroot. Mix well and allow to simmer for 1 minute.
Remove from heat. Let cool slightly.
Add lemon juice.
Let cool and spoon over chocolate cake or other dessert.
