Coarsely puree the cilantro, kiwi, coconut milk, garlic and jalepeno in a food processor or Magic Bullet. Season salsa with salt and pepper, to taste.
Sprinkle fish with cumin. Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Add fish. Sauté until just opaque in center, about 4-5 minutes per side.
Transfer to plates; top with salsa.
Serve.
