Break up the sausage and add to a safe skillet over medium heat.
Cook, stirring until cooked through about 8 minutes.
Add the sage, fennel and sea salt and stir to combine.
Sprinkle arrowroot over the sausage mixture and stir to coat.
Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer, whisking to make a smooth gravy.
